We are so excited to be able to offer Peak Rider Members exclusive access to this unique and practical performance webinar designed by experts in the field, host by THE PERFORMANCE HUB!

This webinar is designed and tailored towards elite athletes so you will be able to gain an insight into how the best of the best fuel their mind and body! We will also have a Peak Rider representative who can answer any questions and help tailor the information to Peak Members.

We’re bringing together sport psychology and performance nutrition to show you how what you eat fuels not just your muscles, but your mind, too.

Hosted by Rebecca Hickman (Sport and Performance Psychologist) and Ellie Shea (Performance Nutritionist), this session will explore how nutrition and psychology work together to shape your focus, confidence, energy, and results in the saddle.

What we’ll cover:

  • The powerful relationship between what you eat and how you think and feel
  • Real stories and quotes from athletes in the Hub around their nutrition and impact on their riding
  • Fuel your muscles: Energy, endurance, and physical readiness
  • Fuel your mind: Brain function, mood, and resilience

    • Social pressure and comparison
